Comprehensive O&M Solutions

KPI-driven operations to maximize efficiency

Operations and maintenance (O&M) is an evolving field that includes new technologies (high performance and renewable energy) that require new maintenance procedures, “smart” technologies that increase the gathering and analysis of performance data, and federal and agency requirements that require more efficient and resilient operations.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Strategic guidance on plant design and optimization

Preventive maintenance describes the strategy of repairing parts or equipment only after the asset has broken down or been run to the point of failure. Preventive maintenance is appealing because it offers the maximum utilization and in turn maximum production output, of the asset by using it to its limits. Preventive maintenance, also referred to as planned maintenance, consists of maintenance tasks performed while the equipment is under normal operation to avoid unexpected breakdowns and the associated downtime and costs. The goal of preventive maintenance is to extend the life of assets, increase productivity, improve overall efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.

Boiler, Turbine, and Generator (BTG) Maintenance

Timely and smooth execution of projects.

Boilers, turbines and generators, a part of heavy electrical equipment market, are primarily used for generating electricity in thermal power plants. Coal is burned in boilers to turn water into steam. The pressured steam pushes the turbine blades and turns the turbine shaft, which in turn drive generators to produce electricity. BTG maintenance” refers to the upkeep and servicing of a power plant’s core components: the boiler, turbine, and generator, which collectively generate electricity by converting heat from fuel into mechanical energy and then into electrical power; this includes routine inspections, preventative measures, repairs, and overhauls to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the entire power generation system

Emergency Breakdown & Troubleshooting

Strategic guidance on plantdesign and optimization

Emergency breakdown and troubleshooting” refers to the immediate actions taken to diagnose and address a sudden failure or malfunction in a system or equipment, often requiring quick decision-making and prioritizing safety to minimize disruption and potential damage, usually involving initial assessment of the problem, identifying potential causes, and taking necessary steps to either repair the issue or implement contingency plans until a full fix can be made. Emergency maintenance is fixing or replacing a broken or faulty item in an urgent situation.

Spare Parts Management & Procurement

Data-driven decision-making

Spare parts management and procurement involves identifying needs, sourcing parts, and managing inventory. The goal is to ensure that the right parts are available when needed at a reasonable cost. Poor spare parts management can cause organizations to struggle with operational inefficiencies and costly downtime. Production delays, extended equipment outages, and increased maintenance costs can severely impact business performance without the right parts available when needed.

Environmental Compliance & Safety

Designing & producing material handling equipment such as belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators etc

  • BELT CONVEYOR

A belt conveyor system consists of two or more pulleys (sometimes referred to as drums), with a closed loop of carrying medium-the conveyor belt that rotates about them. One or both of the pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward.

  • SCREW CONVEYOR

Screw conveyors can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. When space allows, this is a very economical method of elevating and conveying. As the angle of inclination increases, the capacity of a given unit rapidly decreases. The rotating part of the conveyor is sometimes called simply an auger.

  • PORTABLE CONVEYOR

A portable conveyor is a versatile, reliable, and cost-effective tool that moves materials from one location to another. They are used in many industries, including mining, factories, grain depots, and the chemical and medicine industries.

  • BUCKET ELEVATOR

A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. A centrifugal discharge elevator may be vertical or inclined. Vertical elevators depend entirely on centrifugal force to get the material into the discharge chute, and so must be run at a relatively high speed.

  • CHEVRON BELT CONVEYOR

Conveyor belts with a smooth carrying surface are useful for conveying of packed and unpacked material up to the angle of inclination 22° as an upper limit. Chevron belts are the right belts to meet your requirements when higher angles of inclination are required.

  • VIBRATING SCREEN

A vibrating screen separates materials by size and can be used to improve and solve many product handling challenges. Typical applications include: Removing oversize material from usable product. Separating solid product from liquid - also known as a dewatering screen.

  • ASH CONDITIONER

Ash conditioners are also called ash unloaders, which are keys to the ash handling system. Ash conditioners are a highly effective pre-treatment system, helping to reduce the amount of ash released into the air prior to final disposal. Ash conditioners mix water with ash uniformly and discharge the ash into a pan.

  • SLAT CONVEYOR

A slat conveyor is a machine that uses chains and slats to move objects along a horizontal surface. Slat conveyors are often used in assembly lines to move components while they are being worked on. They are ideal for moving items that are difficult to move on rollers or belts due to their shape or condition
